  • Use a Chrome browser and make sure you re logged-in with your School Google account (not a personal account)
  • Use the log-in "Sign in with Google" button whenever it is presented

  • For other district applications (like, use your school ID only (not full email) and school password

Update: make sure your Chrome browser is updated
History: Clear your cache/history to "All time"
Extensions: Clear out your extensions
Restart: Shutdown your Chromebook; wait 10 seconds before restarting. Don't just close the lid, Restart your Chromebook often.
Reset Chromebook: If the above tips didn't solve your issue then do a Chromebook Reset (this will wipe the device and you will need to reconnect to your home internet)

Students should bring a charged Chromebook to school each day.  If students are having a problem with the Chromebook or if there is damage they should bring to the Library for assistance and next steps. Students are financially responsible for all repairs.  See links above for information on accidental repair warranty options.
